The Scientific and Technical Library of Flight Academy is one of the richest libraries among the aviation education establishments in Ukraine.
It consists of the Training Department, Scientific Department, Flight and Technical Department and Belles-Lettres' Department.
The Training Department provides the students with the manuals, textbooks, Flight Academy Sport Club ICAR reference and technical materials in all training subjects.
The Scientific Department contains the faculties materials, the works of Academy instructors and teaching staff.The Flight and Technical Department keeps the documents that regulate the flight work (ICAO, IATA, Ukrainian aviation, flight manuals for all aircraft types).
The Belles-Lettres' Department has the works of the national and foreign classics, modern writers and literary magazines.
Most of the books in the Library are of aviation subject. It contains more than 300000 editions in Russian, Ukrainian and foreign languages.
Information Days, Exhibitions and other education and entertainment activities regularly take place there.
An important form of studying of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the Flight Academy of National Aviation University of Ukraine is Post-graduate studying.
The post-graduate Department in Flight Academy was founded in 1994.
A specialized scientific council for the defence of Ph.D. theses is successfully functioning for the specialty: 05.22.13 - "Navigation and traffic management". It makes possible to train highly qualified specialists not only for the needs of the Academy, but also for many higher educational institutions, research institutions both in Ukraine and abroad.
The Technical Maintenance Base of the Flight Academy is located on the territory of the main Kropyvnytskyi aerodrome (former Kirovograd). All kinds of aircraft technical maintenance operations are conducted there. The total area of the Base is 8002 square km, including aircraft parking stands - 511002 square km.

Flight Simulator Centre
Kropyvnytsyi flight school provides civil aviation pilots training according to the ICAO standard programs (INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION) in accordance with MINISTRY OF EDUCATION and SCIENCE of UKRAINE Certificate No.AA109646
1. PRIVATE PILOT - ICAO COURSE No. 231
Duration – 8 months Total flight time is 46 hours (including 40 hours on aircraft )
Tuition fees –5000 US $ paid in installments and Training is conducted in English Medium.
2. COMMERCIAL PILOT – ICAO COURSE No.-232
Course Duration 18 months Total flight time is 250 hours
Tuition fees- 20000 US$ Paid in installments
Qualification - General secondary education Training is conducted in English Medium .
3. COMMERCIAL PILOT – ICAO COURSE No.-236
(with the right to fly Multi-engine aircraft)
Course Duration 24 months Total flight time is 300 hours
Tuition fees- 30000 US$ Paid in installments
Qualification - General secondary education Training is conducted in ENGLISH MEDIUM
You will be given Preparatory taining of one to two months only to learn Ukrainian OR Russian Languauges without fees so that you will be easily adjusted in Ukraine
